In her shock, she suffers fits for the first time. A few days later, Regina gets a call from Surya's friend Aiyappan, saying that Surya had committed suicide in the US. Regina's father James feels sorry for his daughter and takes Regina to Surya's house, where they learn that Surya has already left for the US.

On the designated day, Surya fails to show up at the register office for the wedding. They decide to inform their parents about their love but his father objects to their relationship and hence they decide to get married without informing their parents. Surya gets selected for airline cabin-crew training in the US. While in college, she falls in love with Surya, who works in the call center of a mobile company. The movie sees its first flashback as she explains her past and the love of her life, Surya. John then asks Regina about her health issues, and she reveals that she had fits twice in the past. When he goes to apologise to the doctor later on, he is told that it is important to know about his wife's health, even if he dislikes her. John calls an ambulance and takes Regina to the hospital, where he is unable to respond to the doctor's queries about Regina's age and medical history. Eventually, Regina applies for a transfer to Australia to stay away from John. After the marriage, they live together as strangers in their apartment, where the neighbours are upset with John who comes home drunk every night, which he does deliberately to annoy Regina. The marriage is an arranged one, to which both have consented reluctantly to make their parents happy. What is the offer from DMK to get NEET excemption ? If BJP has not asked DMK for something for NEET excemption already, this is a trap and this cannot be solved by political backdoor meetings. The movie begins with the marriage of John and Regina at a church. One thing is for sure, NEET excemption for TN will be a political bonanza for DMK and BJP is not going to give in cheaply.

This is also a good oppurtunity for admk to jump on this to put pressure saying we r also standing up against federal govt for states rights. I believe all ruling govts will cozy up to federal govt to get their things, when the bjp govt is not ready to engage in a meaningful respectful manner other govts should tell them to go to hell.ĭMK could(and should) go full throttle on "we tried to reach out and federal govt is not ready to talk". He has asked for governor to resign, this is good.

I did watch the TDB's speech now, it is exactly what i would expect from DMK(even Jaya's ADMK).
